MESSAGES FROM ANN & THE ANGELS August 14, 2021

Hi Dear Friends,

Today the angels ask us if we're going to "water the fruits" or "water the weeds' in life with our focus. I love their analogies. I'll share several stories about how focus has attracted things in my life lately and how you can "water the fruits' you want to see them come to fruition in your own life :)

Have a beautiful week!

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Imagine you had a garden. Imagine that every time you paid attention to one of the plants, it received nourishment, water, and plenty of sunshine. If you focus your attention on your fruits and vegetables they would ripen into a glorious harvest. If you focused on the weeds, they would grow just as eagerly. By your focus alone you would determine what would grow in your garden.

For a moment, imagine focusing on your tomato plants and watching them ripen into beautiful ripening fruit. Then imagine noticing the weeds... and uh oh, watching them grow. Quick! Shift your focus back to the other plants and watch them grow once again. What pleases you more? What makes you happier? Are you more satisfied watching your plants grow, ripen, and produce delicious food, or are you happier fretting about the weeds?

You know the answers, dear ones. You are always happier when you focus on the good growing in your life, rather than fearing that which would choke it off.

Think of your world as this garden. There are people, ideas, beliefs, and situations that produce wonderful fruit for your lives! There are countless ways that the world is offering you things that delight! There are people doing wonderful works. There are kind souls quietly smiling at strangers in the grocery store. There are delivery angels who bring things you need to your doorsteps. There are people helping the environment, working on well-being, inspiring others, creating cars that will work in harmony with your heart! There are birds singing, trees blooming, grass growing, ocean waves rising up and falling back. There is your heart beating, your lungs breathing, the stars rising and the sun setting... countless pleasures and delights!

There are countless wonderful things you can focus upon to expand your hearts and feel your joy and know the birthright of Divine love that is available to you in any given moment.

We can not say this often enough. What you focus upon you empower. So choose your focus carefully. If you see how many are dying each day, remember, there are also the greater majority of 7 billion people who are quite alive and well. Can you acknowledge the statistics, but shift your focus instead to the spiritual truth that there is Divine light, love, happiness, and well-being lying dormant within all souls waiting to arise? You could heal the sick if you could focus on this light more strongly than they focus on their illness. You can heal yourselves if you focus on this light within more strongly than what ails you.

We know that many of you are enduring painful judgments because you are choosing to follow your inner compass rather than doing what family, friends, and others want you to do, in many areas in your lives. It isn't easy. However, even here your focus can make a difference. Will you water the fruits within this individual with your attention, or will you water the weeds? You can focus on their negative traits and painful judgments, or you can focus on the love beneath – on the fact that they too want to be safe, healthy, and happy, and want that for you.

If you can see beneath the surface dear ones, and focus on the light within a person or situation, then you will support the growth and expansion of love that will bear fruit in your lives and the world in so many ways.

Your world is birthing itself, as we have said so many times. A mother in the throes of labor feels the contractions but she has the option to focus on the pain, or to focus elsewhere - on beautiful music, on her loved ones, on her breath, or on the glorious life emerging from within.

You are like this mother now. You are like a Divine gardener. You feel the contractions and you notice both the fruits and the weeds. But can you place your focus upon that which you want to grow? Can you lightly acknowledge the world's pains and problems – because they are, of course, part of the previously-manifested reality in front of you – but then just as swiftly shift your attention to water that which you want to grow?

Can you notice virus variants but quickly give thanks for the well being of countless billions, the light within, the Divine that is always well, the people working to help heal and assist others, the fact that you have soap and running water, and all the other wonderful things in your life?

Can you notice all the turmoil, but choose to be at peace in your own life and in your own heart?

Can you notice the people judging you and stop watering their weeds
by "turning the other cheek" as Jesus said – by turning your attention elsewhere. You can either focus on kinder souls, or if the ones judging you are an important part of your life, you can focus on the love beneath their fears. You can say, "I love that you care about me so much, and I know you love me and want me to happy and well as well! Thank you for caring so much about us both." And if they argue again, you simply say, "I love that you are listening to your guidance, and I love that I am listening to mine and perhaps now we are not on the same page there, but at least we are on the same page with our love. Let us pray and ask God who guides us both to help us figure this out." You'd be amazed dear ones, that when you stop watering the weeds with angry attention and instead water the fruits of love with your attention to love, things can shift much more easily.

We know these are trying times for many of you. However, we also see so many of you who have grown so amazingly and beautifully during this time. So many of you are working diligently with 5D reality, being more careful with your vibration, doing what you can to stay focused on that which feels best. You are choosing to focus, more and more on that which pleases you, that which gives you joy, and most importantly the light and love trying to arise even beneath that which you find unpleasant. Dear ones, Love is is in every person and every situation, waiting to be seen, acknowledged, and watered. Don't "water the weeds" with your focus. Instead, focus on all that is beautiful as much as you can and your life will become a rich harvest of love!

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Hi Everyone,

The power of focus is becoming humorously obvious in my life.

Years ago when the movie "Enchanted" came out I watched it so many times I attracted rats and pigeons to my yard. It was a modern Cinderella story where the heroine had a great relationship with all the critters, and I focused so often on a cute scene in the movie that I could start to hum "The happy little working song" and pigeons would flock to the yard. Every night rats appeared all over the lawn as well. It was as if the word was out, "This one thinks we're cute!" It was a bit much and I didn't want to poison them, so instead I focused on a quiet peaceful yard and ignored "the rat problem." Mother Nature came up with her own solution. One morning I woke up to see a coyote in my yard, napping lazily after eating rat-McNuggets all night. Ew! Poor rats! Nature did balance the situation. I am sure that if I had adopted a fearful, angry, or defensive focus I would have just attracted more.

Lately, have been watching a wonderful older gentleman on Youtube at night for a "feel good" video before bed. He is known as the "raccoon whisperer" becuase every night he feeds a huge family of raccoons. They love him so much they give him kisses, leave their young for him to babysit and keep him company. He started this after his wife died, put it on video, and attracted a huge following of people wanting to watch something good during the pandemic. His love for these little beings is just adorable. It makes my heart happy.

To my great surprise, I was eating dinner the other night with a friend when we noticed a cat had wandered into my backyard. Suddenly the cat bent her back up so far, she looked like a feline bobby pin! What was bothering her? Out of my planter box popped a mama and baby raccoon! They were adorable! I tried to get a photo but they ran off into the sanctuary of a cozy corner where I couldn't see them. I've never seen raccoons in my neighborhood before and I've been here over two decades. Coincidence? Or had my focus on them drawn them vibrationally right to me? I know the answer. The angels were clear it was a result of my focus.

A grateful focus is also bringing me an amazing crop of eggplants! After not growing them for decades I have one that is now about 3' tall. It has super soft fuzzy leaves that I pet every day, while admiring the gorgeous flowers. I got my first fruit a few weeks ago, halved it, cut deep slits, drowned it in olive oil until it couldn't hold more, then baked it at 400 degrees until it came out as an olive-oily eggplant dip that tastes delicious on chips. The plant felt my gratitude and went to work! She immediately produced another large fruit and I now have six more on the way.

Now let's talk about the idea of watering the fruit of the weeds on the "more important" topics, as some would say (although I personally think love is the only "important" topic, no matter the subject!) I have generally ignored the "weeds" around covid as much as I can. I'm not burying my head in the sand. I've seen the death tolls, but I've also talked to some who have died of covid and explained why they left. I know there has been great suffering, but I have also seen amazing grace and amazing growth. I am aware of the science. My dad who is a scientist feeds me a steady stream of scientific facts. I listen to my guidance, wear my mask when required, and wash my hands. I disinfect stuff that comes into my house when it feels intuitively inspired.

However, I am not hooked on the drama, nor am I reading or listening to daily reports that plug me into the fearful mass consciousness around the subject. Instead I'm just living my life, happily focusing on all the good and refusing to get sucked into the fear that seems so prevalant. I'm not engaging in arguments about the "right" way to handle this. Instead I'm supporting people in figuring out what is right for themselves. When people try to superimpose their opinions on me, I listen with respect, and support them in loving and listening to their guidance for themselves.

I ignore the constant projections of doom and gloom, and continue in my happy focus on helping people heal, helping people who want to get the shot without side effects, helping people who don't want to get the shot work with light to be well, helping people who are afraid be soothed with both science and spirit, depending on their balance of focus. I focus on the wonderful growth we are all going through, the increased vibration of love, the improvements I've made in my own life, and how happy I am to be able to assist. I am focused on helping my clients, enjoying my garden, organizing my house, and enjoying conversations with family.

I do not want to water the weeds of fear and doom. I only want to water the expanding vibrations of love in this world.

I had yet one more incident last week that demonstrated the power of focus. I was talking to someone that had healed after a nasty case of covid. As this person recounted their story I was right there with them, very tuned in to the "weeds' (the pain, fear, suffering) around it a bit too much. Within minutes after the conversation ended, I started getting a raspy sore throat and stuffy nose. All I could think was "Really? I'm getting really, really good at focusing!" I laughed, sat down, and focused on the light within, the fact that this dear soul was now healthy and happy, and within minutes all the "symptoms" went away. We are all far more powerful with our focus than we realize!

Here are a few pointers on how to water the fruits rather than the weeds...

1. As always pay attention to how your focus makes you feel

Your feelings are your indicator that tell you if your focus is shifting you into a high vibe or a low vibe. If you start feeling bad, fearful, upset, etc., this is a strong signal to shift your focus as soon as possible. If you are in front of someone complaining or recounting tales of agony or fear, shift your focus to the light within them or shift the conversation. If something is upsetting, seek healthy comfort. Alternately, you can call on your angels and ask them to compost your anger - imagine that as you have a good rant with them, you are handing them dense energy to be recycled – as if you're throwing logs on a fire of white light. Even focusing on this light that burns the density away is a better focus.

If you feel happy, inspired or some other positive emotions keep your focus where it is or on something that keeps you in that space.

2. Remember to focus on what you want, not what you don't

What you want to get rid of and what you want to empower are two sides of the same coin. Focus on one is "watering the weeds," while focus on the other is "watering the fruits."

If I want the world to be healthy and happy, I focus on that reality instead of watering the weeds by focusing on fearing or hating a virus.

If I want a more equitable world I do not fight prejudice. I focus on empowering tolerance, kindness, love of diversity.

If I want my own body to feel good, I focus on the fact that there is great light always seeking to balance and heal. I focus on parts of me that do feel good. I woke up with my back painfully off the other day. Instead of focusing on the pain, I breathed and gave thanks for Divine light that could easily set things right. I focused on feeling good in nature, remembered wonderful hikes, and focused on how awesome it felt when things pop back in place. As I was laying down," watering" the good feelings, a surge of energy went through my body and I got a self-adjustment!

3. Give thanks

There is nothing like appreciating all the blessings in life to help you water the fruits of love. Challenge yourself every time you feel upset to count your blessings, and you will find your vibe rising so much more quickly and easily the more you practice.

I know there are plenty of challenges these days. It is an intense time to be sure! Nonetheless, we get to choose where we focus, and if we focus on anything that feels more like love then we become the ones who will encourage its growth in our own hearts, our own lives, and on our sweet planet.

Have a blessed & beautiful week :)
Ann
